These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peak Society website and private membership community (the "Service"). By accessing the website or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms.

Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Founding Members retain their locked lifetime rate as stated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future members at any time.

All content within Peak Society is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes:

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for:

• Partial billing cycles
• Unused membership time
• Termination due to rule violations

You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

5. Community Conduct

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Not share confidential community content externally
• Not distribute illegal or copyrighted material

Peak Society reserves the right to remove any member who violates these rules, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Peak Society — including text, frameworks, systems, and media — is protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, record, or publicly share any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peak Society and its operators are not liable for:

• Health outcomes
• Financial losses
• Investment performance
• Business results
• Personal decisions made based on community content

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
